McLean County HHW Fund

The Ecology Action Center coordinates Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Collection for McLean County residents. Availability and frequency of these collections is dependent upon a combination of public and private funding that make up the McLean County Household Hazardous Waste Fund.

The Ecology Action Center not only coordinates one-day HHW collections but is also investigating a possible permanent HHW collection facility for McLean County and Central Illinois. Such a facility would greatly reduce the barriers to proper disposal for hazardous wastes.

Please contribute to the McLean County HHW Fund to support better and more frequent collection of Household Hazardous Waste. As the Ecology Action Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, all donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law.
